Hi, I’m Nova Schiferli, your nutritionist.


It all began with a simple question:

What are we missing in the healthcare industry?

During my second year studying Clinical Nutrition, conventional advice often felt incomplete. Despite learning about the powerful impact food has on our cells and the rising number of chronic diseases, the recommendations remained surprisingly simple: eat more vegetables, increase protein, and avoid alcohol and sugar.

Yet health issues continued to rise.

That made me question whether something important was missing.

My interest in psychology, which began when I was fifteen, became a turning point. I realised that lasting health change is rarely only about information — it is about behaviour.

Combining psychology with clinical nutrition helped me see that real progress happens when we understand both how the body works and how habits are formed.

At the same time, I deepened my knowledge by studying Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania and the Science of Wellbeing at Yale University, while working alongside a doctor and creating health plans based on lab testing.

Today, after supporting over 500 clients, I’ve seen a clear pattern.

Health becomes much simpler when you learn how to interpret the signals your body is giving you.

My work focuses on helping you understand those signals, identify possible root causes, and build practical strategies that support lasting health — without overwhelm or unnecessary restrictions.
