Choosing the right supplements
With so many supplements on the market these days, determining which are actually high in quality, safe and effective can be a challenge.
Here are my tips for choosing the best supplements.
First of all, I always tell my clients that consuming nutrient dense foods is always better for your body than pills.
That having said, the soil quality is different today than our anchestors. We had a more diverse diet with fruit and vegetables. We didn’t use antibiotics, birth control and so many medicine.
These environmental factors have an impact on what our bodies eventually will absorb. With my clients I always recommend to get their blood tested, to see whether someone has trouble with absorption or have a genuine deficiency.
Screening supplements on the market takes up a genuine amount of time, since it’s complex and one of the biggest money industries of our time 2025.

And last being said, please know the “why” behind your supplements, why you take each one. Is it for your energy, healing your microbiome etc. The right supplements give you fast results. If you do not notice a difference it’s not for you.
I always tell my clients: less is more approach. Please rather choose one high quality supplement over 10 low quality ones on your shelves.
